Amazing place, best staff very accommodating the food is also delicious and the the location is sea front and close to all the good spots. Wasantha Kumara the manager in particular really helped us and is very courteous. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay!!

A walk through history and literally feels like a place where the tide and time have seen everything. Famous people have visited this gorgeous well maintained hotel. It has a beach club called firebeach inside the hotel. Don't go looking around the area like we did, it's inside the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Galle Face Hotel. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived.A special mention to Mr Chaturranga and Mr Paul who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests.The check-in process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free, which made us feel welcome right away. The hotel’s atmosphere, service, and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations.Without a doubt, this is the best hotel We have stayed in, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding service and a luxurious stay.

Had an amazing time at King of Mambo, Galle Face Colombo. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Thilakshani for being so friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back! 😊🍽️🌊

Great location very close to shopping mall and walk along " the Lawn" a popular walk along the sea front at sunset. Hotel has so much history with it being the first and therefore the oldest hotel in Sri Lanka. It is beautifully restored and has 4 restaurants. A great buffet for breakfast afternoon tea and dinner. The King of the Mambo is an amazing bar right on the sea front. A great place to watch the waves crash before you 50 m away! Vishnu one of the bar team was excellent. Reserved a table for us each night and remembered our drinks! Swimming pool is huge right on the indian ocean. We had a relaxing full body massage which was fabulous. We got a balcony room at the front of the hotel which had great views. The room was large, big shower and separate toilet. Lots of wardrobe space and drawers. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and give it 11 out of 10!
