The service and hospitality were wonderful, making you feel right at home. Special thanks to Ms. Latifa, Ms. Asma, Mr. Abdulkhaliq, and all the staff at reception and housekeeping. Thank you to everyone. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Phuket again soon, God willing.

La Flora Patong has one major advantage — the location. The accessibility to Patong Beach is excellent, and the hotel is also very well connected by road. Bangla Road, restaurants, shopping areas, and nearby attractions are all easily accessible, which makes the stay convenient. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the property itself has a nice atmosphere. However, the overall experience does not feel like a true 5-star hotel. At best, it feels more like a 3.5-star or 4-star property. The breakfast buffet selection was limited and repetitive, and the food quality was average. The service was one of the weaker parts of the stay. Staff were friendly, but the service lacked the professionalism, speed, and attention to detail expected from a luxury hotel. Sometimes basic requests took longer than expected and needed repeated follow-up. Another disappointing point was that the hotel charges extra for many small things, which makes the experience feel less premium. Even basic services sometimes felt unnecessarily chargeable. Also, simple modern conveniences like having enough power outlets near the bed should already be standard in hotels at this level, but that was missing. Overall, La Flora Patong is decent mainly because of its excellent beach access, convenient location, and comfortable rooms. But the food quality, buffet variety, and service standards need significant improvement before it can truly justify being called a 5-star hotel.

Boy, Care, and Mai provided excellent service. All the staff here are very helpful. This was my first time here and I was very impressed and want to come again. Love it! 🥰

Charming and courteous service Boutique hotel with an intimate and cozy atmosphere

Very central, boutique, intimate place, no noise from the busy street despite the location, excellent breakfast, take rooms on the 1st floor, exit from the room to the pool.. although expensive relative to Phuket
