Location & Non Smoking room with balcony is awesome. I truly enjoyed my stay here! The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around. 🚶‍♀️ The room was comfy and clean, exactly what I hoped for with a non-smoking option and a lovely balcony. ☀️ Service was good overall. Would definitely recommend for a pleasant trip!

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Phuket. The staff are very attentive and constantly ask if we're okay. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was divided into two sections, which I really liked. It looked clean, well-organized, and separated into distinct areas. We stayed here for 3 nights and then we had to travel back to Bangkok, but our flight was in the evening, and the staff told us we could check out at 1:00 PM and leave our luggage at the hotel as long as we liked. Other hotels I've been to require check-out before noon, but the staff here were incredibly kind, truly the best I've ever encountered.❤️👍

Strong smell of hash outside the hotel. The room was in very poor condition, and the noise from the road was very disturbing.

Average hotel. The reception area was unbearable due to smell of Cannabis. Not recommended.

The place is close to the active side of Patong! Great staff, very kind, helpful and fun to talk with. Cleaning everyday is a plus! You also can have breakfast or some bites at their dinner. The quesadillas are good ! They can help you with the tours and transfers as well. Thank you very much for your services!

An Indian hotel in an Indian quarter, cheap but with all the consequences, very tired, old furniture.

The staff here are super friendly, easy to talk to, and very helpful. They mostly communicate in English, as there’s no Thai-speaking staff stationed at the front desk. But if you really need it, they’ll find someone to assist you — very accommodating! The room was surprisingly spacious and fairly clean, with an elevator for convenience. On the ground floor, there’s a restaurant serving mostly international food from noon to 11 PM. Still, if you’d like some simple Thai dishes, the chef lady would happy to cook them for you. I called last minute to check for room availability, and the owner even offered to show me both a small and a large room so I could choose. I ended up picking the large one — and it was huge! felt more like an apartment, with a balcony big enough to throw a small party. I’m quite sure it’s the best room they have. Considering the size and location, the price during high season was unbelievably reasonable. The area around the hotel is very convenient — there’s a Tops 24-hour supermarket right across the street, plus a 7-Eleven and plenty of restaurants nearby. Patong Beach isn’t far either, so getting around is easy. The hotel isn’t near any bars or clubs, so it’s nice and quiet at night. Minor downsides: there’s no large parking area (only space for one car in front of the hotel), most power outlets are two-pronged, and the floor had a bit of dust. But overall, I am very impressed, definitely would drop by again!
