Well I went to this hotel for a nice vacation and the staff was nice but I wouldn’t give this hotel a 4 stars because there was egg shell on my egg like it was a small mistake but still I have to call to the reception and tell them to clean my room plus I also put the sign and it look like no one came until I call. About the room there was like space between the wood floor and the bathroom was pretty big I would say the bathroom should be smaller and the room should be bigger and before this I stayed in Vanda hotel and the staff here said this place is better than Vanda but I don’t think so. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.Also to ere was some random people keep trying to get in to my room and it happened three time already like what why is there people doing that.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days. On the first day, I booked a room with two beds, but when I arrived, there was only one. I called the reception and they helped me get a bed within 5-10 minutes, which was quite quick, even though it was already 2 AM. The staff were good, and the location is close to the beach (4km) and the airport, although the room was a bit small (my personal opinion). There's a gym, swimming pool, massage, karaoke, and it's very close to Highland Coffee. Motorbike rental is okay, costing 100k VND for half a day and 150k VND for a full day. To be honest, the staff here served me really quickly during my 4 days at this hotel. (I rented a room with a double bed, but when I arrived at 2 AM, I only had one bed, but the staff provided me with one more bed – they were very fast!) It's really near the airport and beach at the same time, near Highland Coffee for relaxing, and has plenty of recreational facilities. Just one thing I don't like too much that the room is not modern like I thought, it is spacious but design not in my favor personally Overall, it is pretty perfect for tourists to come here (and u can rent motorbike to ride in the city as well-100k 12h and 150k full day)
