Calanque de Sugiton / Pierres Tombées

The stretch of shoreline by the Calanque de Sugiton — around the Pierres Tombées inlet reached from the Luminy campus — is a naturist cove that was formally recognised as a naturist zone by municipal decree in 2022 after years of informal use. Behind and above the naturist beach, the rocks are a discreet daytime gay cruising area. Getting there means a walk of 30–45 minutes from the Luminy bus terminus into the Calanques National Park, so come prepared with water, sun protection and sturdy shoes, and check access: the park restricts or closes trails on high fire-risk days and after rockfalls. As everywhere in the Calanques, carry out all your rubbish and keep activity discreet and respectful of other visitors.
