Good and lovely environment

A great hotel with a beautiful bar and lounge area. I've stayed there a lot and recommended it to friends and family. Unfortunately, the events department is a disaster. Last year, I planned a private lunch event with a budget of several thousand euros. The events coordinator gave me a rather unenthusiastic and disinterested tour of the facilities. I ended up holding the event, which really wouldn't have required any extraordinary effort from the hotel, at another five-star establishment. This year, I inquired again about a possible event and didn't even receive a reply. I understand that as an individual, I'm not a large corporation, and it wasn't a €100,000 event or more. Nevertheless, I would have expected a bit more effort.

A very luxurious hotel. It's one of the top hotels.com in all of Germany. The service is excellent. The furnishings are high-quality and immaculate. I would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding, attentive, and courteous service. Very clean and beautifully furnished rooms. Nothing is lacking here! The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and is among the best I've ever seen. The cigar lounge (with a great selection of cigars in every price range) and the adjacent bar with live music are also highly recommended. I really like the hotel's classic design, although that's a matter of personal taste. Here, you truly feel valued and welcome as a guest. Please keep up the good work! Looking forward to my next visit.

Thank you so much for a wonderful day called Farmers Party. It started with the always fantastic Mrs. Rademacher and her warm welcome in the lobby lounge. Great food, delicious wines, perfectly chosen entertainment... life can be so good. Until next time!

The night porter is excessively arrogant. Even former guests are apparently not allowed to linger in the lobby for a few minutes. Security officer Matthias stands nearby, observing the scene. As long as Mr. Hayda is making enough profit…

It's been a few days since we stayed with you during the Robbie Williams concert. The visit is still a very positive memory. What wonderful service and such great, courteous staff who anticipated our every need. I'm really looking forward to staying with you again soon.
