1. The TV doesn't work. 2. The heating is very slow to warm up. It gets warm, but it takes forever. 3. Water leaks from the handle and runs onto the floor. 4. The shower door doesn't close completely. 5. The ceiling light flickers. 6. The paint is peeling off the radiator. 7. Breakfast was okay. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. It doesn't meet Swiss standards.

I can only review the new bar downstairs in the hotel. It's open to everyone, offers great lunch menus, and has been completely renovated and enlarged. As always, you can order delicious coffee drinks with alternative milk options; the chai tea is highly recommended. The seating is also spaced far enough apart to allow for discreet conversations. Beautifully renovated, perfect for a short break and some relaxation!

I would love to commend Rodrigo for his hospitality and professionalism once I stepped in to check-in; he was also fluent and improving well with his Chinese language - we could converse with both languages, and I think that makes him a great asset. He was also quick to proactively recommend me places to visit during my stay. I hope this is a sign to the management that the first impression makes a huge difference and I’m glad they have Rodrigo serving in their team.

Unfriendly reception...is this a hotel or a kindergarten...the music was too loud.

Had a fabulous stay, the staff was all very lovely and accommodating and gave so much help and assistance. I injured myself during this trip and they recommended me pharmacies that were available on the weekend. The staff turned this from what would’ve been a boring trip to a lovely one.

Good hotel at a good price. The cleanliness was excellent, the heating was always good, and the rooms are very spacious. The view from my window was lovely and pleasant, and the area seems to be near universities, so it's quite quiet. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the train station, or you can catch the buses nearby. I was very comfortable, and as a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe both in the hotel and in the surrounding area. Everyone at the reception was nice and kind, I highly recommend it.
