Hotel Tierra del Fuego

Normal hotel, nothing special, simple breakfast, but the rooms are great. Excellent location.

AWFUL OR WORSE. They tried to fine us for smoking marijuana in the room. No one smokes. Two people entered the room without authorization and didn't give their names. We even went in with police from Tierra del Fuego to have everything checked, and we even asked for drug tests for everyone who entered. The hotel staff who went in refused. The police officers found nothing and recommended canceling the "alleged fine." The next day, hotel staff confirmed that the smell was coming from the POOR ventilation in the bathroom. Neither the receptionist "Ald E" nor the supervisor "Mica," who never showed her face, apologized in person. They only sent us a gift with this note. A DISASTER

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. The service is great, good bedroom with mountains view. The breakfast is simple but delicious. Definitely recommend!

A nightmare. Hotel staff go into rooms when guests aren't home to smoke marijuana, and when you return, they tell you you'll be fined $100 because your room smelled like marijuana. They make your stay a complete disaster and ruin it.
