Excellent service at reception, and the two women who helped us were amazing! (Yeika and Mery) The room was high quality, with good beds and a nice shower, but there was a bit of noise from the train or the skylight. But I highly recommend it!

A very pleasant stay. Yeika and all the staff were very attentive and friendly, always with a smile.

I got the feeling that the owners sacrificed hospitality for costs. Our room was small and aside from the train noise coming in from the porch, the bathroom window also bubbled up all the noise from the kitchen. Yeika was very kind, but the place seemed understaffed - she was this hotel's saving grace.

Kind and beautiful Yeika provided us with wonderful service! She warmly answered all of our questions about the trip and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was also delicious, and the gentleman in the restaurant was extremely friendly and thoughtfully asked whether we would like scrambled eggs. The bed was very comfortable and soft, and I especially loved the hot shower with plenty of hot water. The location is excellent as well — it is close to the center of Aguas Calientes, and there are many shops right downstairs for shopping and exploring. If I visit Machu Picchu again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had a very pleasant night at the RockRivers Hotel in Aguas Calientes. The room was very clean and tidy, and really comfortable. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the station for Machu Picchu, perfect for visiting the site without any worries. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially the two girls at reception, who were always attentive and smiling. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent service, Yeika and Don Santiago were very kind.

It's in a super convenient location, right near the train station in Machu Picchu village and the bus stop for the ruins. We stayed for two nights, and the room was clean, the hot shower had plenty of water pressure, and we were able to relax. However, our room was at the back of the 5th floor and had no window or refrigerator. Since we booked through a travel agency, I think we got the cheapest room, but it seems other rooms had refrigerators, so if you're booking independently, you might want to request a room with a refrigerator.

Excellent place, great service, rooms, and breakfast. We didn't have a reservation and by chance they had a room available, although only for one night, but it was very nice. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very clean and cozy. They even had a fan, which was great because it was a little warm inside, but nothing too bad. I highly recommend it. Just be sure to make reservations because it's always fully booked.

Good hotel for a short stay

The room was fine, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was good. But Mari's service was by far the best!
