Rock Rivers Hotel | Machu Picchu
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent location, friendly and attentive staff like Sonia and Yeika, and the good restaurant. However, a common complaint is that some rooms have internal windows facing ventilation shafts, leading to noise, odors, and a lack of natural light.

Beautiful place and good service
Admirable reception, very well located, clean and with easy access to all the city's attractions. The restaurant on the ground floor is also excellent.
Please note when booking! The hotel doesn't specify what the internal window looks like. This window opens onto a ventilation shaft, which produces loud noise and odors from the kitchen. All rooms ending in 3 and 4 have this window.
The hotel is very well located and the staff is very friendly. Our room had a window facing an internal duct, so there was no natural light or much ventilation, hence my rating. But overall, the room was fine. Yeika checked us in; she was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had to stay another night, and since the hotel was full, she helped us find another one quickly. She was fantastic!
€80 for a darkroom. The window looks out onto a wall. Luckily the staff are helpful.
Very good service from Clarissa's stubbornness.
