Scam!! We arrived to find the door locked. No one answered the phone. Neighbors told us that the Tree House Lodge had been closed since Christmas. The strange thing is, they were still messaging us through Booking.com even after Christmas.

The lodge is situated up an hill in an inside garden. It’s very quiet and we even had a little view on the terrasses of the Machu Picchu from our room. It’s clean, bed is comfortable and a plus, a bath 🛁! The service was attentive.
