This hotel is very nice. About a 7 min walk from the train station. The room we stayed in looked out into the creek that flows through the town and you get to sleep with the beautiful sound of water flowing. The rooms have large windows for an amazing view. The beds were clean, well done, and comfortable. The bathroom was so clean and lovely. There is also a few seating spaces throughout the hotel, as well as a delicious cafe on the bottom of the hotel. The hostess were AMAZING! They were very kind, patient, and very accommodating. They let us keep our bags in the hotel even after check out, and offered us breakfast at 5AM!! Great hotel, great people, amazing vibes. I would come back!
Highly recommend this place to ppl visiting AC. Staff were super helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Also helped us with getting tickets to Machu Pichu.
My friends and I stayed for a couple of nights here in this hotel during our Machu Picchu trip, and we enjoyed this hotel because of the great view and its location in Machu Picchu Pueblo, Aguas Calientes. It is right by the river, and the sound of the flowing river is just so perfectly relaxing. The free breakfast was also decent. Angie, and the guy at the reception, were very kind and accommodating. Will definitely recommend and stay in this hotel again.
I slept here in my trip to Machu Picchu, room was ok and the owner and Mary at reception were really gentle and help me with basically everything that was in her hands I would definitely get back here
Mrs. Marianela was very kind and helpful, as was the young lady who accompanied her. There are some things that could be improved: at breakfast, there should be something to heat the bread and pancakes; there was a water leak in room 203; and the TV's channel box didn't turn on.
We stayed last week, the location is unbeatable, you fall asleep to the sound of the river, and the view from the terrace is beautiful. The only thing I can say is that there was no hot water in the shower when we arrived, but the receptionist took care of it, and it was working by the afternoon. The people we dealt with at the hotel were incredibly friendly. The rooms are modest but comfortable, and I highly recommend it. Thank you so much, we loved our stay.
It's an old and simple hotel. The internet is reasonable, but the shower water is freezing cold, even after informing the reception that the shower wasn't heating up; the man still insisted the water was already hot. It was quite difficult to shower, as it's a very cold city and hot water is essential. The breakfast is also simple, with few options. The location is good, as it's close to the train station.
