Extremely convenience location,light snack is really helpful

A very convenient location. It's the perfect location for catching the bus to Machu Picchu. While any place in this small town is convenient, this place is exceptionally so! I was happy to find a bag with a Japanese flag, a message, and snacks in my room. It would be perfect if the shower was better… The laundry service was also very helpful. The drink corner next to the front desk has a variety of teas, including coca tea, and coffee, which you can enjoy anytime. There are lots of dogs in town, which made me happy as a dog lover.

This hotel has an excellent location. We went downstairs about an hour early to line up for the bus to Machu Picchu, and it was so close that we could even go back to the hotel to use the bathroom before boarding — that’s how convenient it is. I saw many reviews saying hotels in Aguas Calientes can be dirty, but honestly, that seems to be quite common in the area. Personally, I was very, very satisfied with my stay here. The street can be a bit noisy in the evening until around 9–10 pm, but overall, the location and convenience more than make up for it.

Perfect location, we felt welcome, a surprise awaited us in the room which was super nice. The bathroom was one of the best we had, with hot water and good electricity. The only downside was that the room lacked windows which felt a bit suffocating. Otherwise it was great 🤘

The location is perfect. It's between the Machu Picchu reservation office and the Machu Picchu bus stop. The price is reasonable. There's a snack bag with your name on the table in the room. It's a bit old, but it's clean and well-maintained. However, the strong smell from the bedding can be a bit overwhelming if you're not used to it. This area is mostly damp and old, so keep that in mind.

Excellent location, very clean, and excellent service. It's the little details that make all the difference, like the welcome pack, the care of your luggage while you're going up to Machu Picchu, the little touches in the room that make your stay more comfortable, and the breakfast to go. Highly recommended, honestly.

Pablo’s House was wonderful! It’s a great option for this area. The water was warm/hot which is always a nice surprise during travel to this country. There was a gift bag waiting for me on the table with a flag on it. They had even printed my name on a sheet and stapled it onto the gift bag. The were delicious and I ate all of them on my Machu Picchu trips. I realize now that it said breakfast was included but I left so early I didn’t even use it or hear about breakfast. The man checking me in honored the Booking.com price. He said if I paid in US dollars he could give me change. With soles it would be a little more due to the exchange rate. I paid in USD. He was very insistent on giving me the correct amount in change (coins) even though I said he didn’t have to worry about it. I respected his commitment to detail. I also noticed he works or maybe runs the store attached to the hostel. I noticed him carefully teaching someone how to fold the sweaters in the store and later noticed him carefully arranging all the items in the store. I was impressed again with his attention to the detail. The room itself had clear info sheets on what you need to do for the checkout process. There was a towel that informed you it was for your feet after getting out of the shower and also scissors for the bathroom shampoo and soup they provide. There was a sign and a place for you to hang the scissors. All of this to me shows this location is run by people who pay attention to details and are careful in their management of the property, and instilled a lot of confidence in me. Also, my room was ready right at 12pm as he said it would be. It was so comfortable that I took a nap right after visiting Machu Picchu that morning. You can wait in the lobby with free cold and hot water (teas available) and with a mini fridge before check in and after checkout. There is a bathroom on that floor that you can also use. They will also store your luggage for you. The only negative was the windows. I have noticed that in most places I have traveled to in Peru that at night there is a heavy smell of smog. I don’t know if it’s people burning things at night or truly just from car exhaust and the way the city is structured, but the smell lightly permeated into the room because the window does not completely close. This to me was not a problem. Pablo’s hostel is right next to the bus line but the town is so small, pretty much everything is. If you’re facing the outside from the front, just take two a left to go to the Main Street and walk up to Consettur to buy bus tickets. When the lines are long, you can see the line for the bus as soon as you step out the door. The market is a great option for food. There are stairs, by the way. I was placed on the 3rd floor. It did not seem there were many people staying there while I was there. The room has a chain that you can lock from the inside. They give you a key for your room and key for the front door as well.
