Great place to find gifts that are not stocked at the bigger stores. Got a huge water bottle that keeps both cold and hot drinks very well.

I placed an order online for Xmas ornaments. Unfortunately, one was broken when I received it. Contacted Outer Layer and they immediately refunded my money, including shipping and an apology. How is that for stellar customer service? So hard to find that nowadays. Thank you.
