While I’ve unfortunately never been to the store physically, I have nothing but great things to say about Outer Layer. I ran into a bit of a shipment challenge and Elana was super helpful throughout the process and resolved the issue with ease. Phenomenal customer service! If I ever get to visit Toronto, I’m definitely putting Outer Layer on the must visit list. Thank you!

I just dropped in on a whim, but the selection was good; it seemed more like a general store for residents than a souvenir shop.
This store is my go to spot for unique and fun gifts and cards for special occasions. I have used their in store pickup for online orders, which has been great for my bank account since it is very hard to walk in and not spend more than planned!

Really loved this store as it’s a staple in queen west. My family and I have been going for years, great selection and amazing things. My experiences have changed over the years as I find the staff are now cold and borderline rude to me, not all but most. Overall wonderful store worth a visit
