OYO Woodland Hotel and Suites

Maids are hard to come by here.. The rooms are not uniform or sanitized. I’ve found bugs crawling around in the two rooms I stayed at on separate occasions.. They group everyone on the same side of the building so everyone has to cramp into tightly compacted parking spots.

Booked OYO in Woodland WA online through Expedia. Shame on Expedia for being associated with this terrible company. We booked 2 nights for memorial Day weekend2026. Arriving later in the evening the desk clerk did not allow us in but interacted with us through a window with holes in it. She insisted we pay an additional $50 cash for what she referred to as "incidentals" when asked what specifically were "incidentals" she wouldn't elaborate just that "everyone pays". I said "I've paid for a room (which she acknowledged the booking) please give us a key." She refused to do so without the additional $50 cash. That's called EXTORTION!!! We then requested a refund which they agreed to provide but have refused to do so claiming we were a "no show". They are LIARS!!! And THIEVES!!! We then went to another hotel down the street (Best Western) after sharing our experience with an employee there they said they hear many similar stories from other customers about the OYO in Woodland. My advice? AVOID AT ALL COST! DON'T BE ENTICED BY LOW PRICES!!!!

Not so Quiet

The outside is dirty and inside furniture is worn. The bed was clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly

Upon arrival to our room there was pubic hair in the bathroom, stains on the sheets and hair and candies on the ground in the room. I wouldn’t even take a shower here! Also, their cable and inherent do not work! It glitches the whole time you watch tv! There was also A funny smell in our room! We won’t be back!

After a month, you didn't have to pay tax, just the daily rate. Careful, they might try to charge you tax anyway!

The lighting was horrible, old run down plumbing. No place to hang anything.

The place was good over all but my deposit should be back in my account especially if they said it's already sent back they said it's how ever long it takes my bank witch would be automatically sent back so what is the issue you can take my money instantly but takes 3 days to return

Great hotel had a great experience and the service was fantastic both of the front desk ladies Holly and Katrina are super nice and accommodating the room I stayed in was pretty nice too definitely recommend anyone looking for a hotel in woodland

A quaint hotel with a nice price. The room was clean and cozy. Since Woodland is such a small town, I had a hard time securing a Lyft driver, but the owner was kind enough to give me a ride to the job site and I made it on time! The front desk lady was also very pleasant and fun to talk to. She has a beautiful Golden Retriever named Mango 🥭, 10/10 would pet again. If you find yourself in Woodland, I would recommend staying here!

OYO in Woodland, Wa is pleasant but very run down and old. The room was relatively clean and comfortable, but we only slept there, as we were in town for an event. We were lucky to have a room in town so we made it work.
