Equinox Hotel Hudson Yards

I’ve stayed at Equinox Hotel several times now, often in the middle of pretty hectic work schedules, and it continues to be one of the very few hotels where I genuinely feel better after staying there. Everything seems designed around how you actually want to feel in a hotel room: the incredible bed, perfect temperature, thoughtful in-room amenities, and the focus on sleep, rest, recovery and energy. The wellness element never feels gimmicky or bolted on. It is woven into the entire experience. What impresses me most, though, is that the hotel hasn’t simply maintained a very high standard. It seems to improve year after year. I’m always disappointed when it’s booked up, but never particularly surprised. A huge part of why I keep returning is Nathan Loga, VP of Guest Experience. Nathan somehow manages to make a large, high-end hotel feel incredibly personal. If you mention something about your stay, your schedule, your preferences or what you need, he remembers it and invariably finds some thoughtful way to make the experience easier or better. On this stay, that extended to helping me navigate the menu and figure out the best options around some dietary needs during a particularly busy work stretch. It sounds like a small thing, but that instinct to notice what a guest actually needs, rather than simply provide polished service, is what separates great hospitality from very good hospitality. Nathan also seems to be everywhere. Morning, evening, lobby, restaurant, wherever you happen to cross paths, he is engaged, approachable and paying attention... and always asking how the hotel can improve (I struggle to answer that). He feels very much like the face of the hotel, and the consistency of the wider guest experience reflects that. There are plenty of beautiful luxury hotels in New York. Equinox is one of the few I repeatedly choose because I know I’ll sleep well, recover well, be looked after exceptionally well, and leave feeling recharged. Nathan and the team are a very big reason for that.

Visited the chic, zen and sophisticated Equinox Spa with a colleague for our annual spa afternoon in the city, and it was simply a wonderful experience! We both have very stressful jobs and this is a much needed reprieve and treat for our mental and physical well being! We both agreed that we had the best massage (90 min E. Deep Massage) ever, and we have been to many spas all over the world. Ask for Guillermo and Laura, they will make you feel like a new person after the treatment! And sitting in the private alcove facing the Hudson River afterward, zipping our herbal tea and enjoying our photo opps made the spa outing even more memorable! Expensive but so worth it!

Fram arrival to finish my spa experience and the staff was absolutely great! Shanita, Angel, Kaysla, Iris and the entire team were so pleasant, made sure my spa experience and stay was exceptional, and it was, not to mention I was celebrating a birthday too! With a surprise glass of champagne! Thank you The Spa at Equinox Hudson Yards! I’ll be back soon! NF

My favorite hotel to prioritize my fitness routine. The gym is huge, the food is focused on health and the location is perfectly in the center of manhattan which makes it easier to go anywhere in town. High line right in front and citibikes in front of the building. Highly reccomend.

I had the most beautiful one bedroom suite on the 30th floor. The room was gorgeous & the views was breathtaking!! We loved all the amenities the hotel had to offer including the pool, gym, and the spa. We had an early dinner & drinks at rooftop restaurant Electric Lemon and watched the sunset, then we were going to have a later supper out somewhere but we loved the room so much and were so comfortable we stayed in and ordered room service! I truly say enough!!! I LOVED EVERYTHING moment!! I definitely will be returning to stay at the Equinox hotel.

We have been staying at the Equinox Hotel New York in Hudson Yards for seven years now, and our August stay was another reminder of why we keep coming back. At this point, Equinox really has become our home in New York City. This time we stayed in a high floor corner Junior Suite with incredible Hudson River views. The bedroom faces west directly over the Hudson, with another wall of windows looking south toward downtown Manhattan. We have stayed in a lot of beautiful hotels, but waking up to this view of New York is pretty hard to beat. If you are considering the Equinox Hotel and views matter to you, ask for a high floor corner Junior Suite. The Hudson River side is absolutely the one you want. But as beautiful as the hotel and the views are, that is not what has kept us coming back for seven years. It is the people and the service. There is something special about walking into a hotel in a city like New York and genuinely feeling like you are coming home. From the doorman to the front desk to management, we are welcomed with the same warmth every single time. They know us. They take care of us. And there is a level of thought and attention that makes every stay feel personal. We also made time for the spa and pool during this trip. Being able to detox, relax and reset while still being right in the middle of Manhattan is one of the things we love most about staying here. We have been fortunate to stay at some of the best luxury hotels in the world, and Equinox continues to set the standard for us. Not simply because of the rooms, the spa, the pool or the Hudson River views, but because of how we feel when we are there. We would stay again without hesitation and highly recommend the Equinox, especially a corner Junior Suite, to anyone looking for personal service and a memorable New York stay. A special thank you to Nathan and his entire team for continuing to make us feel so welcome after all these years. And we are already excited to be coming back in November. There is nothing like fall in New York City, especially when we know we are coming home to the Equinox.

We have stayed at the Equinox hotel twice and mostly choose it for the amenities such as the fitness center and pool. The Hudson Yards location is quieter than SoHo but can feel a little less convenient to other parts of NYC where we typically spend our time dining/shopping/seeing shows etc. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are more spacious than a typical NYC hotel room. And the view of the Hudson is spectacular. We had brunch at the hotel and it was good but not memorable.

Recently booked a stay at the Equinox Hotel New York, and the service was absolutely world-class. A massive thank you to Nathan L and Kevin, who truly represent the gold standard of hospitality. They were incredibly professional. While the hotel itself is stunning, it’s dedicated team members like Nathan who make the experience truly unforgettable.

I am loving my stay here! The location is fantastic, the staff members are so kind, and the amenities are extraordinary. I highly recommend getting a massage. I got a signature 60-minute massage with Sheena and she was delightful.
