Der Front Runners New York LGBTQ+ Pride Run ist ein 4-Meilen-Straßenlauf im Central Park, der an einem Samstag Ende Juni während der NYC Pride stattfindet. Der LGBTQ+-Laufverein Front Runners New York hat ihn 1982 ins Leben gerufen und veranstaltet ihn gemeinsam mit New York Road Runners.
Es ist ein offiziell gestopptes Rennen, aber die meisten Teilnehmer sind für den Anlass dabei. Die Erlöse gehen an eine LGBTQ+-Nonprofit-Organisation, die jedes Jahr von den Clubmitgliedern ausgewählt wird, und das Rennen gibt an, seit seiner Gründung mehr als 300.000 US-Dollar gesammelt zu haben. Die Startplätze sind innerhalb von Stunden ausverkauft, also melden Sie sich an, sobald NYRR die Anmeldung öffnet.
Das Rennen 2026 fand am 27. Juni statt, mit Start um 8 Uhr morgens und Housing Works als Begünstigtem. Das Datum für 2027 wurde noch nicht bekannt gegeben.
