Incredible customer service by Allie. We had problems sleeping with a 20+ LOUD birthday party that moved in next door. She addressed our concerns with understanding. My wife and I really appreciate her attitude, quick resolve, and care. A+ to Allie. I'd post this about her anywhere and everywhere

I have a corner room overlooking 6th. Beautiful views and quiet overnight. Very clean and extremely friendly staff.

I would advise against staying at this hotel. The workers were nice and accommodating, but the valet service was atrocious (hence the one-star). My family and I were on a timely visit, and we were late to our business because of the valet service taking over an hour for them to retrieve our car. The night before leaving this hotel, the valet line entering stretched so far that cars went around the building’s outer exterior and created traffic. The valet employees seemed aloof to all this. Also, both the physical keycard and the digital keycard did not work for our room, and it seemed other guests were having this same issue. We also had to switch out our room’s feather pillows since the hotel did not honor our original allergy accommodation.

Texted valet 45 minutes ago. This is their system. There are 4 guys here who have no clue where anyone's car is located. I'm now gonna be late for important event due to this incompetence. Don't come here if you need to valet a vehicle.

I was very impressed with the great service, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. I also particularly enjoyed the pool and the onsite restaurant. Additionally, having plenty of parking available was very convenient.

Valet service is absolutely atrocious, biggest scam ever. The valet service is slow and they only move cars, they don't touch any bags, and it's $45 per day which is mandatory because there's no where to park. The rooms are small, the beds are small because theyve refuced the bed size from queens to double beds, our toilet bowl rocks back and forth, the sink is square and shallow and doesn't drain all the way, theres no fridge in the room, theres no microwave. Our friends bathtub faucet fell completely off last night. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't stay here. You'll be very angry that you did.

We just spent three nights at the DoubleTree for our son's university graduation and Mother's Day. The location is outstanding. It is 5-10 minutes from anything downtown. The reception desk service was timely, helpful, and polite. Our room was a suite with a very large living room left over I believe from when the hotel room was a one bedroom apartment. The bathroom on the other hand was terribly small with no room at the sink for anything beyond a tooth brush and toothpaste. A carpenter and plumber could balance out the spacing in the room which also has three closets to expand the bathroom into what is essentially unused space in the living room suite area. The room only had Direct TV. We were unable to stream anything. It felt like we had time traveled back to the 1990s. The absolute worst part was the Valet Parking. I have never seen a worse organization. Two different times, I texted the Valet to prep the car giving them 20 minutes notice. Both times, I eventually received a return text informing me that no valets were available to get our car. The second time as we were checking out with all our luggage, I received the text on the elevator down to parking only to find all three valets sitting in their office drinking coffee and having a smoke. When I mentioned that I had received their text telling me none of them were available, one of them responded that they were waiting for us to come down because they did not want to create a traffic jam. There were no other cars in line and plenty of space to bring up the car for us. At the same time, a fourth valet returned with his take out breakfast. On Saturday, we returned to the hotel at 11:00 pm in the pouring rain to a line halfway down the block. We waited over 45 minutes to get into the building to leave our car with the valets. I was told that they had not expected heavy traffic, so they had sent some of their valets home. Of note, the hotel charges $38.00 per night for that service. Of course the hotel has a problem with at least four lazy valets. But, it was so bad that it is a leadership/management problem.

It needs some more work. It's not fully renovated.

Standard hotel stay. I would come back. But- Irina in the Bigelow Grille is amazing. She's so kind and ran that dining room so well for breakfast and all on her own. I was there one time and she remembered my breakfast the next day. She's a huge asset to the hotel.
