Excellent atmosphere for watching the World Cup matches! Well-positioned screen, fast service and welcoming staff.

The staff are super polite and we receive excellent service! Only the room is disappointing; I had expected it to be cleaner. Otherwise, the food and drinks are good and affordable. The location is really good though, reasonably central to everything.

The apartment/room was very dirty upon arrival. The window didn't close properly, resulting in a lot of noise all night. It was impossible to sleep in those conditions. I was very disappointed by this experience and the lack of upkeep of the accommodation. I do not recommend it.

We stayed at the Novotel and it was a smooth stay from check-in to check-out. The reception team was professional and welcoming, with a very special mention for Ms. Aïcha Atbji who is, without a doubt, the best. Not forgetting the pool staff who do their best to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Old school system

Hello, The hotel is well located despite the slow service. In fact, we waited over an hour to check in. Towels in the rooms were scarce, and our colleagues in another room had to chase away a cockroach. Furthermore, there was a sewer smell. Nevertheless, it's still a good hotel overall. Recommended for its location alone.

Avoid at all costs! I arrived after 4 PM, and since check-in was at 3 PM, they left me waiting at reception. When I asked why I had to wait so long (over an hour) when check-in was supposed to be from 3 PM onwards, they told me there were no rooms available! Honestly, it's outrageous!
