Really amazing place, very nice and beautiful. But restaurant is not perfect and also missing some cosmetics inside room. But we love it .

Amazing place to stay, has incredibly beautiful villas where such attention to detail has been made to the furniture, decor and both indoor and outdoor aesthetics. Won’t forget the lake and mountain views. Staff lovely, responsive and helpful! Highly recommend.

W-Collection, L'Ermitage Franschhoek. Communication about our arrival was excellent and we were personally met at the entrance gate and escorted to our villa. Everything inside the villa was explained clearly, making the check-in process effortless. The property is absolutely beautiful. The villa was immaculately clean, very well maintained, and the attention to detail in the aesthetics is exceptional. The gentleman, whose name I unfortunately have forgotten, was professional & welcoming. We were in villa 27 , 13/03/2026. I hope that this assists in identifying him,

Lermitage château and villas is the new kid in the French quarters under the new management with Antoni and Liani . They are super friendly b very professional and passion and love for the guests comes naturally to them . This Hotel will be compared to the Mount Nelson in Franschoek . .
