Pensione Hotel Perth

We had a great stay at Pensione Hotel Perth. Everything was excellent, the location is perfect in the city center, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

When in Perth, forget about The Ritz-Carlton or The Westin Perth, Pensione Hotel 70 Pier Street Perth WA is the hidden treasure that is worth discovering. Centrally located for the great Shops, the best Bars and the CBD. What sets it apart is the front of house staff. Helpful and informative, they make everything easy from book in to check out. The best compliment you can pay a Hotel is to return... something I hope to do again.

Decent rooms. Bit on the small side but clean and adequate. Great location

The rooms are clean and well equipped but be careful when checking in. They take your id and credit card and scan them. I had made my booking with booking.com and already provided my card details online. I said they could just take payment from the card I had provided online. They said they couldn’t because it was done through booking.com even though other places have had no trouble doing this. They scanned my id and debit card. They shouldn’t do this. Id should be checked/viewed for verification of the details online. These details should not be taken to be used as they like. I would recommend putting a block on your card, getting a new card number or closing your account if you have provided details with either Pensione hotel or hostel G.

Friendly staff and very clean place.

The worst experience I received from a Hotel in Australia. With 400 per night they provided unsecure network for customers. Sonam - the duty manager was rude and never tried to solve the issue but ran away from issue. They told me I can’t cancel my first night but only second night. After cancelling they advised it was cancelled for both days amd I can’t go back while my stuff was in room.

We had an unexpected situation last night after getting stranded at Perth Airport, and Grant truly turned a stressful experience into a positive one. From the moment we arrived, Grant went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was calm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making sure we felt supported and looked after every step of the way. Nothing felt like too much trouble for him, and his willingness to help made all the difference. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in what they do and shows that level of professionalism and kindness, especially in a challenging situation. The hotel is incredibly lucky to have someone like Grant on their team. Thank you again for your outstanding service, it did not go unnoticed.

Nice location withing walking distance to train stations and almost whatever else u need. Can walk to d famous king's park and Jacob's ladder. THE ONLY concern is you pay $40 a day om parling. Wilsonnparking closeby for less. Will update on pool, gym and other detaols whem o find out

Great location! Friendly staff. The room was okay, the dishes in the room were unfortunately a bit dirty, but otherwise nothing to complain about. We would come again.

The hotel has very convenient access from Perth Station, and above all, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. 😌 The room was also very clean, and I was able to spend a very relaxing and comfortable time there. I would definitely love to stay here again when I visit Perth in the future. The entire hotel was filled with such a calm and pleasant scent, and I would personally love to know what fragrance they use.
