Clean room, good location, friendly and attentive staff, has all the elements for a comfortable stay, would stay again, great price point, not the Ritz but still exceeded my expectations for the price.

Central to the CBD, very clean room, great service, reasonably priced accommodation. I have stayed here a number of times, and I will happily keep coming back. There is a small family run Cafe next door, with access from the lobby. It was closed for renovations this time around, hopefully it will open again shortly... and by the same people. However, there is another Cafe just up the road that also has great coffee and breakfast on the go, also at a very reasonable price.

Located near a shelter, there are many homeless people downstairs at night who will stare at you and make noise, which is unsettling. The room is very small, similar to hotels in Japan and Hong Kong. Because of its small size, it's well-insulated and not cold. They clean it daily, much better than hotels in Sydney.

Very modern, very polite service. There is no room service and the rooms aren't massive but still very comfortable. I explored around the immediate area and ended up at a little bar and made some new friends, well people I'll definitely catchup with. Point being the accommodation is affordable and very nice, It just doesn't have a restaurant or room service which wasn't a problem for me.

Petite king room - fine for one person for a few days, but it’s too small for a couple or the week. Very limited space for clothes and not possible to sit at the desk to work as there is no space for you legs. I stayed for the week as I was there on business. Close to the train station and Woolworths. Staff were very good, room was clean, a little tired - but clean. Room was a tad noisy with bins outside being emptied in the early house.
