Pan Pacific Perth

A very good hotel. I arrived at 12 noon, and the front desk saw there were vacancies and checked me in. They even gave me a drink voucher upon check-in, which I could use to redeem free drinks and coffee. The room had air conditioning and heating, which was very comfortable. They also cleaned the room daily.

Great service and attentive staff. Always willing to help. Room is immaculate but unfortunately no view on the 11th floor. Parking and access to it was a bit unusual. Otherwise great hotel.

After a long and tiring day at the airport, where our flight was ultimately canceled, the hotel staff quickly accommodated us in different rooms. The facilities and rooms were clean, tidy, and inviting for relaxation. The lunch and dinner options were good, and the portions were generous for both food and drinks. We would have loved to spend more time at the hotel. We would definitely return if we come back to Perth. A special thanks to Juan for his attentiveness, excellent service, and friendly nature. From the very first moment, he helped us, gave us recommendations, and greeted us with a smile. We need more people like Juan in the world!

Room was excellent. Service is good but a little inconsistent. We were told to pay for bottled water to be brought up to the room, which we declined. Later on, the bottled water was refilled some days by the cleaners, but not other days. Service requests can be relatively slow. Location is alright, short walking distance to CAT bus stop, longer walking distance to Perth station.

Good hotel

Always my preferred choice of hotel, great comfortable rooms and great service. Thank you to Juan, Liam , Johan, and Jordan who had made our stay a wonderful one. Shoutout to Juan who is friendly and professional. He was also seen engaging in small talks with other hotel guests. Thank you all for making our stay a comfortable one.

Bad service

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Perth. Everything was excellent from start to finish: the facilities, the cleanliness, the comfort, and the overall atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Juan, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, always with a smile and a positive attitude. His outstanding service really made a difference and was the highlight of our experience. Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic stay. Everything was great, but the best part was definitely Juan. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Perth.

FANCY! If you lookng for a good location, onsite good n drinks and good service, i recommend this place. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and maintained beautifully and serviced daily.
