Unfortunately, after a very helpful gentlemen at check-in, the service, rooms and facilities of the hotel were a bit ‘tired’ and in need of a make-over. A spa out of action, a mini-gym outfitted in the 90’s and a sauna that only stayed on for 5 minutes at a time, with a door that didn’t shut properly, are representative of the overall impression of the facilities. Damaged carpentry and slippery over-shower baths revealed a room in need of an urgent update. The place was clean, and conveniently located, but not what I expected at the price point and from reading their website. Overall, a bit disappointing and not enticing for a return visit unless a serious overhaul takes place.
