Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, and great restaurant and food. Very clean, respectful staff, greatly appreciated and recommend 10000%, come back again every chance I get.

It's one of the best apartment hotels i've been to. It's clean and has all amenities of a hotel and an apartment. Have to say that once I tried waiting for a cab at the lobby in the evening and seemed it's not what people do. I felt hustled by the staff to leave the lobby, so I just went outside to wait there. But overall, I liked it there.

Air conditioning is horrendous. Super hot room. Stuffy any very uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend

Very disappointing stay. The hotel feels really tired and worn, and the cleanliness was below standard (see the coffee table photo - all photos taken on arrival). The beds were extremely uncomfortable, there were no TV remotes provided, and the kitchen tap didn’t work. The only views are of the bus station or the convention centre, and from the 4th floor there was a noticeable amount of bus noise when the balcony door was open. The restaurant was also closed for the entire duration of our stay, which was frustrating. On a positive note, the location is convenient—close to the city and Elizabeth Quay—but unfortunately that wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very comfortable modern large two bedroom apartment close to the city area.

Stayed there Jan. 6/26 for several nights. Unit was good and we were able to cook in the unit as intended. Central location and we could easily walk to King's park and the Northbridge area. Centrally located to transit with the free Perth bus network and access to transit to the airport. Note, the shower was a high stepover the tub for those with mobility concerns.

This hotel is in a very central location - right next to the bus station and also right downtown - no car needed. The room had everything we needed to make our own meals and the staff were helpful. Enjoyed having a gym but pool needed some updates, which they were starting on while we were there. Would stay again.

The room 318 was very dated and in desperate need of some tlc. The sofas were so badly stained I had to ask for sheets to cover them and the receptionist tutted at me! We stayed 3 nights, the manager called our room at 20:30 the night before check out to offer us a bottle of wine as compensation, wine that should have been included as part of our booking. We never received the wine upon check out. We also emailed the hotel when we booked 6 months in advance to ask for an early check in as we were travelling from the UK and knew we wouldn't have sleep for over 27 hours. When we arrived the seats in reception were all occupied, no early check in available and we were directed to the restaurant next door where we had to buy drinks whilst we waited for over an hour. I would not recommend this hotel and its certainly not the rating it states!
