Good customer service, promote communication
I can't give it fewer stars. Everything was filthy, and there was a strong smell of feet! The bathrooms were dirty and smelled awful! Plus, the room I was given, G2 (if you get it, run away!), has plumbing problems, and all night long you can hear pipes banging inside the wall. They know perfectly well what's happening, but they don't warn you. They should tell you before you book that you won't be able to sleep even with earplugs because of the noise from the walls! I only stayed one night out of the two I had booked. The next day I had to go somewhere else because they told me the problem couldn't be fixed! They refunded my money, but I still lost a night's sleep. I was coming from work and had to be back the next day at 4 a.m. to catch another flight, so it was important for me to be able to rest! Besides, people don't stop shouting and making noise until midnight! It's unbearable! I don't recommend it!
If you're staying in a ensuite private room, it's doable, otherwise forget it, the shared toilets and showers are disgusting 🫤 Would not recommend at all if it wasn't in easy walking distance of the railway station and Elizabeth quay
Cheap, get what you pay for. Good if you just need the basics.
