Great location, however, very poor experience with all customers services while staying in a 4-star hotel. 1. The staff at the front desk stated they don't provide the services to help customers to drop off our luggages into the room, which was such a disappointment while staying in a 4star hotel as I would expect it is such a common service in a 'well-known 4star' hotel. 2. I paid for the valet parking, we rang them to get the car ready and staff on the phone said they were too busy to organise it by that time and we had to go downstairs to get one of them to do it. Therefore, I don't think it worth the money to pay for valet parking, I would rather to get the car by myself, instead of calling them to get it ready when I need a car urgently. 3. We called for getting some toiletries @2200ish, staff said they were too busy, need to wait at least 15mins or we can go downstairs to get them from the front desk as the staff was by himself/herself so he/she was unable to deliver the stuff to us. We chose to wait for it (we didn't expect it kept us waiting for hours), however, we been waiting and waiting and someone suddenly knocked our door at midnight (I assumed they tried to deliver some toiletries for us) which we didn't even bother to open the door as we already fell asleep and we were not comfortable to open door at midnight. I know it was not an urgent thing, but the hotel should always ensure enough staffing and should not always ask customers to do everything by themselves, especially this is a famous 4star hotel. 4. I was told that I would receive the invoice within 24hrs after checkout. I checked out last Wednesday and I am still waiting for it, it's been more than a week now. I did try to download it online, but it didn't let me download. Again, I used the chatroom to request the invoice two days ago, and I still hear nothing. In conclusion, I will not choose to stay in this hotel anymore in the future EVER AGAIN as I cannot accept this such poor customer service and manner, I don't think this is appropriate to ask customers to do anything by themselves if it is actually part of the customer services that we should enjoy during the hotel stay. I understand that understaffing could happen sometimes, but staff might need more training regarding the manner of talking/ responding to customers. Especially we paid for the stay and we just want to enjoy the services if we could, as long as it is not an unrealistic demand. This is a very disappointing experience!

My stay at Holiday Inn was wonderful! The staff are so warm and friendly. The room is so comfy and spacious! The cleaning staff are so efficient! You supply both firm and soft pillows - this is excellent for my neck support when I sleep! The bar is decked out with complimentary treats and wine - oh wow! The water pressure for the shower was terrific! Your shower bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are simply luxurious! Love! Love! Love! You supply so many towels - I felt so cared for! I had such a fantastic stay. And the location is terrific - right in the heart of the CBD, with walking access to so many shops and cafes and restaurants! I wil surely stay here again when I am back in Perth! Thank you so much!

Location: Another great stay at this well located city hotel. Friendly and professional check in staff along with good value self parking nearby at $30 per 24 hours. (check first with front desk for the parking coupon prior to parking) Room: Very well maintained with double glazing, so super quiet. Chromecast on the up to date large flatscreen is a bonus.The coffee machine and 2x complimentary bottles of water add to the good room amenities: Bed and pillow both very comfortable. Buffet Breakfast addresses a range of needs, western and Asian. Can certainly well recommend this hotel.
