I used to stay in this hotel whenever i visit Ahmedabad for official work, everything was fanstastic till Dec 2025, but i have visited in May 2026, the situation was completely changed, given stinky rooms, cockroach and bugs in the rooms,upon request they changed it but didn't liked the way they are managing the property, next time not using this hotel for stay.

Cancelled my room on the day of arrival even after a confirmed booking from clear Trip. When I reached the hotel, they straight up said there is no booking under my name. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I was traveling from another state and left stranded at the last moment. This feels like a scam just to take money without providing the service. Absolutely pathetic experience. Don’t trust this hotel or book through them. Save yourself the stress and avoid at all costs.

Room Not Clean & Very Old Property Not Maintained

I had a pleasant stay at Clubhouse Nami Residency for 7 days. They have friendly staffs. The older guy at the reception was really kind to us 😊. Their restaurant is strictly vegetarian, however I enjoyed their pasta it was really nice. Thank you Nami Residence.
