Olive Hotel Magrath by Embassy Group

Stayed at one bedroom suite with balcony. The cots are worn out. Springs are out of control. High time they replaced the cot and with king size and not queen size. Best thing about this place is its location. Good place with million rooms for improvement.

Ideal location that takes all the credit. Negatives only a uncomfortable chair. Entry key is difficult to negotiate. No nice cafe nearby All about 15minutes away (IDC) on Residency road.

AC didn't work at night..was drenched in perspiration

Apart from the location, this property has no other redeeming value. The management and staff are clearly incompetent. It took them 3 days to fix a water leak in the AC (the drain was obviously blocked). The breakfast that I paid for mostly has empty food containers, and the servers can't be bothered to even clear and clean the tables.

Definately not a 3 star hotel. They have a serious cockroach issue. The food is barely edible and tasteless. There is no proper maintenance or hygiene in the hotel. The only good thing about it was the staff. Rest all was extremely unsatisfactory. The sheets, towels, utensils and sofas were stained and dirty inspite of being repeatedly changed. The water bottles stink. The air conditioner barely manages to work. The wifi kept disconnecting. Do not recommend to stay at all.

Love the location Rooms r comfortable and well equipped The best thing about the property is the staff who go out of their way to help u. Special thanks to Bharti and Jairam for their helpful and pleasant nature The only negative is that the tv had issues connecting to the wifi but the staff really put in effort to fix the problem

I stayed there week long for workcation. The room and over all service is good. Easily reachable. The breakfast options are limited and no variety, almost the same everyday.

Cosy hotel in the suburbs in a tree lined street . Quiet and walking distance to great street food , pubs , malls , restaurants

Great value for money. Great staff at the reception and excellent housekeeping.
