Thank you for your continued support. The sauna is wonderful, the location is great, the prices are very reasonable, the facilities are clean, and I appreciate the staff. However, there was one thing that bothered me. I ordered a rice bowl dish using the touch panel at the dining area, but only the side dishes came out. I was confused, and then I was told that the rice would be served separately. (I apologize if I misread it.) I ordered the rice separately, but I felt somewhat dissatisfied and uneasy. It's only a few hundred yen, but it bothered me, so it would be helpful if the touch panel could be made clearer. Please keep up the good work!
I used the upper bunk in a cabin in June, but it was so hot inside at night that it was difficult to sleep. People who get hot easily should avoid it. Also, the pillow is very flat. There are two heaters in the sauna; the one at the back is surrounded by a fence, but the one at the front is not, which I thought was simply dangerous. It's close to the seats, and if you stumble and touch it, it could lead to a serious accident. It seems that brushing your teeth is allowed in the public bath, and there are toothbrushes and shared toothpaste provided, but I didn't feel comfortable brushing my teeth there for hygiene reasons. This was my first time using a capsule hotel, but maybe they're all like this. It's fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep. By the way, there's a 300 yen accommodation tax per night starting in April.
It's conveniently located near the downtown area! I stayed in a superior cabin room and there were absolutely no issues! The food was delicious, and the sauna was fantastic! I want to go again!
It's a capsule hotel, so it's not a private room, but it's reasonably priced and recommended for sauna lovers. The location is also convenient, being close to the downtown area.
[No parking available; please use nearby coin parking] I used this hotel while sightseeing in Sapporo. The reception counter is on the 8th floor of the building. You take off your shoes and are guided to a shoe locker (with a key). Overnight stays and day-use stays are separated, and a staff member guided me. I checked in at the counter, paid in advance, and received an explanation. The explanation was polite. I was given a locker key and an exit card, and then it was basically "do as you please." Men are on the 8th floor (bathroom & locker floor) and the 7th floor (accommodation & rest floor). It had been a while since I'd stayed in a capsule hotel, and I still can't get used to it... I was bothered by the noise and snoring of the overnight guests. I thought the customer service and hygiene were good. However, the water pressure in the sink was low, making it inconvenient to wash my face in the morning.
