It's cheap. Don't expect much but very secure for your belongings and very easy

I stayed for several nights. I can't comment on the cleanliness or general behavior of the men's shower rooms and capsules, but the women's-only floor and shower rooms were very clean and well-equipped with amenities, which was great. I was a little shocked to learn there wasn't a large communal bath for women, but there were about six private showers, and if you timed your visit carefully, you wouldn't have to wait. There were plenty of bath mats provided, so I didn't have any unpleasant experiences. I was a little concerned about how some foreign guests used the sinks and toilets, and the amount of hair on the floor. It would be nice if cleaning patrols were conducted a little more frequently. I had to leave for cleaning between 11:00 and 15:00, but there was luggage storage, and Tokyo has many great places to visit, so I was able to sightsee in various locations. I read reviews from foreign guests, and I didn't notice anything particularly bad; it was a comfortable stay. If you want higher-level service, you might be better off staying at a more expensive hotel. There's a trendy mala tang restaurant nearby and a Torikizoku next door, so I had plenty of dining options even though I was traveling alone! However, since it's next to Kabukicho, you're likely to be approached by men if you walk in that direction late at night, and you're also likely to be approached by host club touts in the morning. (As a country bumpkin, I learned that you can drink with hosts from the morning. I declined, of course, as I had an errand to run that morning.) Ladies, please be a little careful. The hotel itself had excellent staff service and friendly interactions, and I would definitely like to stay there again. Thank you.
