If you come here, come here for the mangroves and nothing else. The food was always cold. We ordered our dinner and I was surprised to get crabs which were not warm. Breakfast was half cold too despite telling them the night before what time they should serve our breakfast. Half of their menu was not available too and that was really disappointing. The room we took had a broken AC, we were transferred to another room and that AC didn't work properly too because of the low voltage supply (if they knew about it, they should inform their guests beforehand). It was an agony for us and most especially because we have a child who couldn't sleep because it was justway too warm. I asked for another options - give us the fan rooms instead but they said the manager wasn't responding and that was about 8pm. As a manager, his staff should be able to get in touch with him for events like this. The staff said we could transfer but we would need to pay for two fan rooms (because there were 4 of us), and since we paid for an AC room that sleeps 4. Were they thinking we were happier to transfer to another room for free?! No, it would have been to hassle to do all the packing and unpacking going to the mangrove area where the huts are. We had to endure the AC problem until they gave us a fan a couple of hours later. We finally fell asleep but not soundly. This wasn't the first time we have stayed in an unexpensive resort, we have stayed in different places around the country and have had good experiences. I just chose this resort because of the mangroves themselves, a unique feature of the resort. And oh, the toilet doesn't flush, you have to pour water in it and shower isn't working either. So just a word of advice again, come here for the mamgroves and not for anything else. Well, kudos to the staff - they are friendly. Also, I rarely make reviews but this one has to be done.

Entrance fee is quite expensive for such a small area. Few cottages for overnight stay. There are two toilets, one is at the right side of the mangrove which is close to the restaurant and the other one is on the left side close to the cottages...Good place for barbecue and grilling. Some rubbish were just laying on the ground. Hopefully each visitor will throw his/her rubbish into the bin to maintain the cleanliness.

For me the ambiance of the place is calm and relaxing but there is something is lacking. My own observation only
