Lo que dicen los críticos

Visitors praise the beautiful interior, amenities, and overall experience, with some highlighting it as the best Japanese-inspired men's spa in Metro Manila and recommending specific therapists and the superb food. However, a significant complaint is the stingy policy of charging extra for additional towels and the restriction of slippers in the wet area, which one reviewer found to be a waste of money.

A complete waste of money. Slippers are not allowed anywhere in the spa, which raises obvious hygiene concerns. The towel provided for the wet area is extremely small, and they even charge extra if you ask for another one. For a spa that positions itself as a premium establishment, this feels unnecessarily stingy. The massage was average at best, and the food was equally unremarkable (except for the soup, which tasted great. Oddly enough, they don’t provide a soup spoon). The massage bed was oily, and putting your face on it felt unpleasant and unsanitary, which took away from the overall experience. The showers are open, so there is no privacy. The body wash dispensers are also consistently empty, and when they are filled, the soap seems overly diluted and barely lathers. Considering the cheapest massage costs around ₱1,600, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, there’s nothing about the facilities, service, massage, or food that justifies the premium pricing.

Anyway, just want to share that the Sunday night visit was so worth it. Beautiful interior, beautiful amenities, beautiful experience. If you have second thoughts on checking out W Onsen, this is the sign hehe Will recommend Grey as my therapist. Tried the combi (therapeutic + sensual) with him. Almost 70 minutes din ang oras. Food was superb. Best to visit when hungry so you don't get overwhelmed. Bento box is beyond complete, bigger serving compared to Tokyo Tokyo (for reference only ha). My fave is miso soup! Make sure to have extra time to spend roaming around the place. Curious with what happens in the Zen rooms; no one goes upstairs so didn't know what to do when staying there aside from snoozing I guess hehe I wish there was a tutorial on how to wear a yukata haha. I just tied it up then took pictures lol I was too embarrassed to ask the staff because they were busy too.

This is The BEST Japanese-inspired men's sauna and relaxation place in Metro Manila. If you are looking to escape the relentless noise of the city and recharge in an environment of absolute refinement, this Japanese-inspired men’s spa is an absolute sanctuary. From the soaring architecture of the city life to the meticulous attention to traditional hospitality and relaxation, it offers a wellness experience that feels less like a quick appointment and more like a curated retreat. Here is a breakdown of what makes this destination an exceptional standout. The Wet & Thermal Circuit: Pure Hydrotherapy The spa’s thermal suite is expertly designed, clean, and seamlessly laid out for a perfect contrast-therapy routine. Steam Room & Dry Sauna: The steam room is perfectly calibrated with glass window panel overlooking the skyscrapers of Pasig City. The dry sauna provides a deep, penetrating heat that instantly melts away muscle tension. Indoor Pool: The centerpiece of the wet area and it is ideal for a tranquil swim or a quiet soak beneath soft, ambient lighting. The Zen Rooms: Private, minimalist, and perfectly made to signal your brain to relax. The Massage: Absolutely exceptional. The therapists are highly trained professionals who genuinely understand anatomy and pressure points. The execution is flawless. The Verdict: 10/10 Stars This is more than just a spa; it is a meticulously designed wellness ritual for men. By blending top-tier therapeutic amenities with the Japanese-inspired vibes, it provides a comprehensive recharge for both body and mind. Arrive at least an hour before your scheduled massage to fully enjoy the steam, sauna, and pool without rushing. Pair your complimentary bento box with a cold beverage in the lounge to complete the experience. Highly recommended. It is worth every single penny.

SOFT OPENING — May 16, 2026 Introducing the new face of spa experience within Metro Manila, conveniently located near Greenfield District. A male spa that embraces diversity and welcomes everyone regardless of size, race, or gender, including the LGBTQ+ community. As I’d say: “No exclusivity, but inclusivity for all.” Everyone is welcome. I saw a very diverse crowd during the soft opening, and it was wonderful to see. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and welcoming, creating a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere for all guests. Facilities: 🇯🇵🇵🇭 Japanese-inspired vibes with a relaxing and modern ambiance. Food: 🍱 The Bento Box was delicious and satisfying. Hopefully, they can expand the menu in the future by adding more options such as chicken, beef, pork, vegetables for vegetarians, and seafood choices as well. Massage:💆 Great experience overall. I’d personally rate it around 8.5–9.5 ⭐️. There’s still room for improvement, but considering it was only their soft opening, the masseur did an excellent job. Hopefully, they continue to maintain and improve the quality of their service. Wishing this place success on its journey ahead.
