Not clean, smell odor. Room is not dust free.
I been there last week, it's fast reception, and helpful concierge, they assign me to room 304, at first i was disappointed since I saw a blood in the blanket, and even in the pillow, so i called the housekeeping to change all the beddings and the pillow and pillow cases, he change it fast. Overall it's a good stay, AC is cold, good for budget traveler, the toilet is clean but need some fragrance in each room, but the door, is quite scary, there is no safety lock.
Locality was great, but the hotel experience was honestly terrible. They wouldn’t even provide basic things like water or a toothbrush without charging extra. The hot water lasted barely 3 minutes before turning ice cold again. The room smelled heavily of cigarettes even though my mother and I have smoke allergies, which made the stay really uncomfortable. To top it all off, they charged us 1600 LKR for a missing spoon from the room… as if we’d want to steal their spoon in the first place. The only decent part of the stay was the pool and the okay-ish view. Would definitely recommend changing your option before it’s too late.
