Villoft Zen Living

I didn't like anything about it except the staff. The pool is tiny, and the lounge is small and basic. The photos make it look luxurious. The location is very far from everything. At night, if you go for a walk around the resort, there are lots of frogs. It's not even suitable for relaxation; it's not relaxing and feels desolate. I regret wasting a day of my trip there.

the villa is quite nice and location is good. services are bad they told me they didnt allow smoking outside area in our own villa and reception actually told me to come and smoke outside like outside oustside the fence of our own villa so i told my bf and my bf was not happy about it so he went to ask and then she suddenly changed the words saying, "yes you can smoke outside area in your own villa." and i was like WHAT!? you just told me we couldnt and AC didnt work well i mean it didnt get cool so they offered us to change to another villa but that villa's AC didnt work well either and we actually went to bed sweaty all 3 nights and even asked them to fix it wince first night but it didnt change but we were so tired from the beach to complainy and we were willing to extend the stay bc we didnt want to move around and they didnt even offer discount and shit after trying to fix the AC and it still didnt work so we didnt extend and went to sugar marina instead which is soooo much better

This accommodation has a Japanese-style decor. The room is beautiful and bathroom is also excellent with decor and great water pressure. You can open the glass door beside your bed and jump straight into the pool, which is great considering the affordable price for such a nice and cozy room like this.

Karn was helpful in every situation, even when my request was against the standard conditions of the agreement. Karn also demonstrated a strong customer focus — always putting the client first. This hotel is exactly to my liking. The architecture is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very well equipped.

We had a really lovely stay here! One thing we especially appreciated was that we were allowed to check in early, which made our arrival so much easier and more relaxed. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. You can really tell that they care about their guests and want you to feel comfortable. Overall, everything felt very warm and pleasant, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others!
