Check-in was handled by Oureida (pronounced Wardeyah), who was super nice despite my extremely early arrival and made the process simple. This was a great first impression for my first stay ever at this Marriott property. The rooms were good and what to expect of such a business hotel, clean and comfortable for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was alright, as well as the facilities, such as the pool, which was quite big, the gym, and the access to Soluna Beach, all of which added good value to the overall stay. I ended up extending my stay by one night, and the team remained very helpful and nice throughout, including Islam at the front desk on my last night.

A truly wonderful experience! The hotel is elegant and beautiful, and its location is excellent. I mustn't forget Abdul-Mardi and Abdul-Aal; they were incredibly helpful and kind. I thank them for their warm welcome and excellent service. 🤍

I booked my stay approximately three months ago. Due to the war, the hotel management requested to relocate us to another property. Since the alternative they offered was not suitable for us, we requested a full refund and cancellation. It has been three months now, and despite our numerous emails, phone calls, and even in-person visits to the hotel, our refund has still not been processed. They keep giving us the runaround. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking with this establishment to avoid falling into a similar situation."

We had an excellent stay at The First Collection Business Bay. A special thank you to Thenuka at the reception desk for his outstanding professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness throughout our stay. He was always attentive and made us feel truly welcome. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the housekeeping staff member who cleaned our room and made our bed every day. The room was always spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable thanks to their hard work and dedication. A big thank you as well to the laundry service team for their efficiency and excellent service. The hotel is beautiful, with a wonderful room, great facilities, and a perfect location for exploring Dubai. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Dubai. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Dubai. The service was outstanding from beginning to end, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. A special mention to Foysal Miah, who was extremely kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable with his professionalism and kindness. We would also like to thank Anish, who took care of our room housekeeping perfectly every day. The room was always spotless and very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back again!
