We had a one night stay at the Silk Path Boutique- we experienced excellent service from the start, they grabbed our bags as we decided to take photos of the entrance while on the street. We felt well looked after with all of the staff from the reception desk, restaurant and cleaner we spoke to in the hallway. The hotel's perfect location made it easy for us to sightsee and do all the things we want to experience in beautiful Hanoi. Oh last thing, we had a delicious breakfast in the restaurant, they kept asking if we wanted more. We will be coming back very soon.

I have never loved a hotel more. The location is unbeatable. As soon as you step outside you're greeted by the most stunning view of the lake. It's a short walk to cafes or the night markets. The rooms are beautiful and spotless. The stand out was the staff though. I only stayed one night but by time I left I felt like I'd made friends out of the staff. They were so friendly and interested to speak to me and talk about my trip. The most lovely people. Especially lovely Thuy at the front desk. I'll be back soon!

Great location on the lake with beautiful views out to the temple and bridge. Really friendly and helpful staff. Large room with comfortable bed and a lovely bath. Double windows meant no noise from the street below. We really enjoyed being able to have breakfast in the room free of charge. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent, right next to Uniqlo and McDonald's, and directly in front of Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel was interesting because it was incredibly long and narrow, like an eel's burrow. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were all smiling and very kind. The room had no inconveniences typical of overseas travel, and the hairdryer was a Dyson type with incredible power! It had a balcony, and when the window was open, you could hear the loud music from Hoan Kiem Lake, but when the window was closed, you couldn't hear anything at all; the windows were incredibly soundproof. At checkout, the bellboy even lent me a chair to help me organize my suitcase; he was truly attentive. Also, at checkout, I was asked to leave a review on TripAdvisor, so of course I gave it 5 stars.

This hotel overlooks Hoan Kiem Lake and offers excellent access to the Old Quarter. We stayed for four nights for three people at approximately 30,000 yen per night. The building had a great atmosphere, the rooms were spacious and clean, and considering the price, it was a very satisfying stay. The staff were friendly and spoke English without any problems. Breakfast is served by filling out an order card the day before, but on the first morning, you can take the order card you received at check-in directly to the restaurant. From the second day onwards, it's easier to fill it out at breakfast and hand it to the restaurant staff. You can order two main dishes like fried rice and pho, but one is enough as you'll likely fill up early in the morning. Vietnam is an early riser, and people start playing loud music and dancing around the lake from around 6:30 AM, so this might be something to be aware of if you're sensitive to outside noise. On our last day, they held our luggage until evening after check-out, and the service when dropping off and picking up our luggage was excellent.

We paid VND 7,257,600 for 2 pax without breakfast. 🌎 LOCATION: - The location was absolutely perfect, literally right across the road at the south end of Hoan Kiem Lake. Taxi (Grab) was about 50min. - 15 min walk to the heart of the old quarter and many attractions, tons of restaurant choices just steps away. 🛏 ROOM / SPACE: - The room was very well laid out with very nice attention to detail in the flavour of high end French style. Super attractive and functional. Spotlessly clean. - Very comfortable king bed, bathroom very functional decorated with fabulous marble and brass detail, The air-con worked perfectly, Wi-Fi was good and an ethernet connection was also provided. Satelite connected smart TV with many choices. 🧑‍💼 STAFF & SERVICE: - The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, professional and addressed us by first name as soon as we arrived. Amazing! - Check-in / check-out flawless. 🏊 FACILITIES & AMENITIES: - Buffet or ala cart breakfast available, as well as laundry service (we used very cost wise services just steps away), elevator. - Can’t really say enough about this hotel.. ..one of our top ten stays ever. Were booking again for next February, can’t wait. 🇻🇳
