Citybox Brussels

Citybox is a reliable brand that never disappoints its guests. This location in Brussels met my expectations as it was very nice and clean. Location-wise, it is close to the city center and within walking distance to the metro station. It is definitely a great option for anyone looking for a smooth and clean stay in Brussels.

The location is excellent, relatively close to Louise subway station and walking distance to EU Parliament and also 20-30 minutes from Grand Place. There are coffee shops, brunch places nearby and there is also a grocery store. The rooms are small, the air conditioning is working, but our room was clean, though they rarely change the towels and also not cleaning the rooms on daily basis. There is no TV in the room, and the lady with the 🍌s is not my favorite pic on the wall. The cleaning ladies were unprofessional, they opened the door several time right after nocking not waiting not even a second for a yes or no. If you stay a night or two I highly recommend it, for a longer stay probably something else would be more suitable. You can jog around in the morning, nobody is bothering you on the streets. The View Ferris wheel is also at a walking distance and the same is true for the magnificent Palais de Justice -- currently under renovation.

The rooms were neat and Air Conditioned which was the biggest plus in this weather. Very near to a tram station.

This hotel is absolute nonsense.

4 days in June 2026. Noisy air conditioning; you had to turn it off to sleep, and with high summer temperatures, it was difficult. No TV - this is my first 3-star hotel without a TV. There are shared TV rooms - unused. No wardrobe, drawers, or shelves - only a few hangers. Cleaning every 3 days - I only learned about this after paying for the reservation. The steep and winding entrance to the underground parking lot requires great skill, as do the tight parking spaces. Although the hotel was full, the parking lot was empty - probably due to the difficult entrance, as the price of €20/day is acceptable. The peculiarity of the entrance is its two-way entrance and the gate in the middle. If two cars approach from both sides at the same time, they don't see each other, and someone has to back up or down the winding and narrow path. Breakfast - the variety is only slightly better than "continental," the quality is below average. This is a hotel for people up to 30 years old, without children, and for two days. The name of the hotel is apt – it's truly a "city box" for surviving two days. The price should be 25% lower, especially since it's not in the city center.
