Hello, stay from April 3rd to 6th, 2026. +: The staff was young, helpful, and friendly. 👍 -: Almost everything else: - Booking.com prices were not honored (+90 euros) without explanation. - The bedding was CATASTROPHIC. - The cleanliness of the room. - The condition of the blackout curtains (see photos): they had holes and were therefore ineffective. We had to patch them up with tape "kindly" provided by the establishment... - The breakfasts had a rather limited selection, no water on the buffet, only mediocre and very sweet fruit juices, and the food warmers were broken (luckily, the young man on duty offered to make scrambled eggs upon request 👍). - No night porter after 10 pm. Security??? ... Overall rating: 8/20

The positives first: The room was good and functional, breakfast was okay, not amazing, but okay, everything you need. Cleanliness was excellent, staff: very friendly and discreetly in the background, helpful with any questions/problems. Overall, we were satisfied. Regarding the location: 3km to the city center, not a *bad* area, everything within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport (subway just a few hundred meters away), so basically everything was good................ Now for the negatives: The hotel was offered on Booking.com for almost double the price, so our expectations were very high... which unfortunately weren't met because: some of the inventory was... A bit run-down, scratches, etc... The curtain in one of the upstairs rooms had a hook out, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall in a few places in the room and the hallway, the microwave couldn't be closed and was therefore constantly glowing, even at night... For me, these are all things I could overlook, BUT not at €250/night on Booking.com, without the discount... What's even stranger is that this hotel is currently no longer available or bookable for me on Booking.com...?!

The room was very spacious but very worn. The curtains were broken, the armchairs were dirty, the wallpaper was loose, the sink wouldn't drain, the bed was okay, there was a lot of dust, and the bathroom had a very dirty hairdryer (which was replaced at reception) and leftover cosmetics from the previous guest. The room wasn't cleaned during our three-day stay. At reception, they only mentioned the change of ownership. Breakfast is very basic. On the day of departure, everything was cold: scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages. There were always full ashtrays on the terrace. No one seems to take responsibility. Public transport connections are good. Parking is available in the underground garage.

Amazing accommodation- friendly staff, very smooth stay. Comfortable bed and loved the kitchenette. Highly recommended!

The staff was really nice. The room was good too but it lacked a few things like a broom and some higene tools (something to clean the kitchen other than a sponge) and some minimum ingredients needed to cook like salt and maybe some ling of oil or fat. We found the mattress to be really unconfortable. The neighbourhood was fine but a little too far from the city center (around an hour on foot and 20 min by bus).

Good experience, the staff are very friendly and the hotel's location is well served (tram, bus) for accessing the centre.

Breakfast was said to be available at a specific time, but this did not happen. If you plan to have breakfast at the hotel and rely on a strict daily schedule, you may end up missing it completely. The unpleasant surprise is not just whether breakfast will be available at all, but also when it will actually be served.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. It's very pleasant, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the €5 breakfast (coffee, croissant, and juice) is more than adequate.

All good except beds. They have one large bed in the room but with 2 separate small mattresses which nothing holds in the place so they easily move and you end up with laying in the middle where now it is a hole.

The window could only be tilted open, the room smelled incredibly sour, and we aired it out for five hours in the snow while we were in town, and the smell still wasn't completely gone. There wasn't enough cutlery for two people, and the rooms are very noisy. Breakfast costs €15 per person, everything was cold, the rolls weren't fully cooked, and there were no vegetables. There was salad, cucumber, tomato... something or other. When we complained, we only received an apology. The fruit in the jar looked like it had already been moldy. Never again and not recommended!
