Never leave any of your belongings in your room because you'll never get them back! My electric toothbrush and its attachment disappeared. I notified reception, who were supposed to contact me by email. Nothing. I called again, but no one knew. The response was, "We couldn't find it, thank you, goodbye." Here's my opinion: there's a serious lack of politeness at reception and a blatant lack of honesty in the room service. Otherwise, the standard is decent, but they were probably a 4-star hotel from 2010. The drain wasn't cleaned properly, the sink was broken, the radiator was rusty, and the fridge was outdated with drinks full of grime (where did it come from??). The bed is comfortable, I'll give them that. So go ahead, but close your eyes tightly, don't use anything, and check the room three times before you leave. Yeah, right!

Honestly, I almost gave the hotel one star, but I'm adding two more thanks to the young man with a Spanish accent who greeted us upon arrival. He was so kind and gentle, a real sweetheart! 🥰 However, the young woman with curly hair at reception was incredibly rude, ill-mannered, and had absolutely no sense of hospitality. She was completely unwelcoming and just plain awful! 😐 For a 4-star hotel, the room wasn't very clean, the bathtub had stains, and the TV kept cutting out! Not great. On the other hand, the location was pretty good.

Excellent service, cleanliness, and location. I especially want to highlight the attentive staff who looked after my well-being whenever necessary, even without my asking—a gesture I truly appreciate and will never forget.

The hotel itself is quite old. The elevators are small, the wallpaper is peeling. The soundproofing is poor. The hallways smell of some kind of cleaning product. The location isn't the best. I don't recommend using the room service; they close early, and the service is poor. The price doesn't match the quality. The cooling systems are old, but they work. There would be fewer complaints if the hotel marketed itself as a 3-star hotel. On the first night, the card stopped working, and we waited 15 minutes for someone to come to reception.
