Hotel NH Collection Brussels Centre

On our third visit to Brussels, always staying at this chain, this last time at this particular establishment. From Barcelona, ​​I want to thank the entire team for the wonderful service and dedication they show to their customers. Their professionalism is impeccable. A special greeting to Mr. Pedro, the manager, and also to Lorena and Fernando.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and flexibility shown by this hotel and by its front office manager, Pedro. We had a confirmed reservation but were unable to travel due to a strike in Portugal that resulted in our flights being cancelled — a completely unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstance. Despite clearly explaining the situation, the hotel refused to offer any reasonable solution. We even proposed a compromise: keeping the amount paid and issuing a voucher for future use. Unfortunately, this was also rejected. Instead, the hotel insisted on charging the full amount while providing no flexibility, leaving us in a position where we could not travel and received nothing in return. This rigid and unsympathetic approach shows a complete lack of customer care and understanding. In situations like this, professionalism and goodwill go a long way — both of which were clearly missing here. I would strongly caution others before booking, especially if there is any risk of unexpected travel disruptions.

The staff were very attentive and responsive to our needs. The room was clean and fresh every day. It was nice to come back to at the end of a busy and active day.

Excellent hotel. The management and concierge were very attentive and helpful.

The receptionist was rude and, unfortunately, very rude. We weren't allowed into the room until half an hour beforehand, while other customers were let in under the pretext that their room needed cleaning. I regret to inform you that I will not be making another reservation due to this poor treatment.

The experience was bad by all standards. From the beginning of check-in, the room was unclean, and I discovered that an employee had entered the room, even though I had put on the Do Not Disturb card. He refused to go back to the cameras to confirm the person. Security was completely nonexistent, the air conditioners did not work, and the water drainage did not work, which made us change rooms after a ordeal with the reception department, if I may say so. It was the worst stay in my life. Thanks only to the porters, because they were the ones who suffered the most from carrying the bags more than once.

Very well located for exploring Brussels on foot, 10 minutes from the Manneken Pis/Grand Place... Exceptional breakfast on the 9th floor with a panoramic terrace: a very wide variety of sweet and savory options, you can even choose the ingredients to make an omelet fresh. The quad room was very spacious (45m2) and functional, although the decor was a bit dated, with coffee/tea making facilities and bathroom amenities. Very pleasant staff. Perfect hotel for a family weekend getaway.
