Friendly service and rooms were clean

Spacious group rooms. Tram noise is a bit disturbing if the room is on the side facing the main facade.

I booked a room for my family. Unfortunately, I had to cancel. Upon arriving at reception, we noticed the atmosphere was quite gloomy. A rather "attentive" gentleman only responded to our greetings after we'd said them four times. When you have such a rude person at reception, it's best to avoid the place. The only good thing about the place is its location!

Apart Hotel is a hotel known for its spacious apartments and convenient location in Brussels. The interior is simply and functionally furnished, with rooms and kitchens suitable for both short and long stays. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to answer questions and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The facilities focus on self-catering apartments, with basic amenities and a practical layout that offers guests the freedom to prepare their own meals. The hotel is located in a central neighborhood of Brussels, easily accessible by public transport and with parking available in the immediate vicinity. Around Apart Hotel are shops, cafes, and other tourist attractions, contributing to a convenient and lively environment for both tourists and business travelers.

This place was assigned to us as our accommodation for Erasmus, and they gave us (two men) a double bed in the room, which wasn't fixed until the last day. I slept on the couch for three days.

The service was excellent. They were very helpful, thank you to Mr. Mehmet. I stayed in a 1+1 style room suitable for a family, it had a kitchen. City transportation was easy, I recommend it. Ideal price/performance for Brussels.

I stayed here yesterday and I'm waiting for my roommate to pick me up. The person in charge at reception today took my bag. They've had a rude and unpleasant attitude towards all guests. At least, that's how they were with me. I hope they're fired soon because I'm staying at the hotel.
