MANDA Heritage Hotel

Centrally located hotel with a bunch of street parking nearby. Staff was friendly and the room was clean!

Room very clean and parfumé, all new and very well equiped. Our room could accomodate with high confort 4 people. Very good localisation and very kind team.

Loved our stay at Manda Heritage! The room design is modern, clean, and perfectly simple. Most importantly, the AC works like a dream, staying nice and cool even in the middle of a European summer heatwave. Great location.

Fantastically cool hotel

Pleasant concierge and helpful. Great location very center with easy access to city attractions. Close to coffee places, grocery and bakeries about 200-300 meters away. Parking Garage close bye 400 meters. Very clean place with an awesome showers!! Beds were just great, in my opinion. I will recommend this hotel.

Great family room – modern, clean, stylish, and quiet! A word of caution for families: the hallways, elevator, and lounge are relatively narrow and not accessible without steps; the elevator is only for two people. Maneuvering strollers, wheelchairs, and similar items to the room is difficult. Breakfast is usually served in the room; the lounge/breakfast room is, as mentioned, small. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful – thank you!

Overall great hotel! Centrally located, staff were nice, rooms were clean. Breakfast was simple, but they had options for vegetarians which was key for us. Our room was located on the street but with the double windows, couldn’t hear the trams. Biggest downside was lack of black out curtains in the room. It got dark, but not the darkness you need to sleep in.

Small hotel. Friendly staff. Great location. The downside was the breakfast. Because the lounge only has a few small tables, breakfast is usually in the room. In bed, basically... You can eat in the lounge at a designated time with a choice of 3 menus. You can make adjustments, but a lot of food goes uneaten. Not really our thing. I had seen photos of a small buffet, but there isn't one.

Apartment rooms are too small and even with stairs within room and living rooms. Beds were not comfortable and fits like in full room joining to the walls, leaving no space to take few steps in the room. So stay was not comfortable. View from the living room was to a dirty place. Staff is nice and always available to help.

Manda Heritage Hotel has a seamless check-in system so the check-in was completed before I arrived at the hotel. When I entered the room, I noticed a fresh, hygenic scent and the room was spotlessly clean which made me so happy. In addition, there was a sweet gesture on the table from the hotel which made my evening even better after a tiring evening flight. Everything in the room is meticulously designed: spacious comfortable bed, stylish sofa, enchanting aesthetic lamps, perfectly located mirrors, very soft towels, Rituals ‘Ritual of Mehr’ products and even more. I was especially fascinated by the elegant detail of the drawer where coffee capsules and tea bags are kept. The room was so cozy and peaceful that it was easy for me to feel myself right at home from the very first moment. Manda Heritage Hotel’s location is so convenient that I could easily walk to all the festival venues, museums, parks, cafes, and restaurants. Before joining the crowd in the street during the Festival of Light, the perfect option was the calming atmosphere of the hotel lounge where I had a chance to try the premium quality coffee which is definitely the best in Zagreb, to complete reading my book in silence and to finish my work without any problems thanks to the super-fast internet. All the staff at Manda Heritage Hotel are always kind and helpful, they even let me leave my luggage at the reception after the check out so that I was able to enjoy a slow, scenic and local experience in Zagreb for a few more hours before my flight. All in all, I’m truly grateful to the entire staff at Manda Heritage Hotel who made my trip as glamorous as possible.
