Everything is great. The rooms are very neat and clean, the hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent - very close to the city center. The beautiful roof terrace with a great view left a special impression. I definitely recommend this hotel.

A new and clean hotel, we were generally pleased. The breakfast was also good. The parking is an open-air parking lot next to a park.

Stellar Boutique Hotel delivers everything you want from a top-notch city stay. The central location is unbeatable (though note one side is on the tram line, so ask for a yard-facing room if you're sensitive to noise!). ​Our room was modern, all-white, incredibly clean, and smart, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The mattress was firm and super comfortable, making for a great sleep paired with excellent air conditioning. ​The staff are wonderfully welcoming, the breakfast is awesome, and the rooftop views are a great bonus. Maistra always impresses with their attention to detail, and this property is no exception. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very centrally located in Zagreb – ideal for exploring the city on foot. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. The rooms were modern, very clean, and well-maintained. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast: no buffet, but à la carte. The coffee was sensational. Our children loved it too. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is beautiful, and the receptionist who checked me in was absolutely amazing. She was kind, welcoming, and professional, making a great first impression. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience completely changed my opinion of the hotel. Breakfast is served à la carte, and I placed my order as soon as I sat down. I ordered scrambled eggs with bacon, yet after waiting 30 minutes, nothing had arrived. What upset me the most was watching several guests who came in well after me receive their food first and, in my opinion, much better service. Seeing more complex dishes, such as Eggs Benedict, being served before my simple order was frustrating and unacceptable. I went down for breakfast at 10:15 a.m. and by 10:45 a.m. I still hadn’t received my meal, so I left hungry and went back to my room. It’s a real shame because the hotel has a lot of potential, but one bad experience can completely overshadow an otherwise pleasant stay. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
