Since the hotel advertises on social media that it has the best rooftop in the city, we decided to go and have a drink with my friends. When we got there, it only became clear to us that we were carrying the drinks to the roof ourselves, and the girl who was working told us that she couldn't see on the camera if there was a free seat, so we should go up and take a look ourselves. There were 3 free seats up there, so the camera was obviously poorly set up. We went back downstairs to get a drink, we ordered Hugo, Aperol, and Mohito. The total price was 30 euros, which is insanely high. Hugo was okay, Aperol was okay, and the biggest horror was Mohito. It tasted like rum and lime, there was no sugar at all, the mint wasn't activated, the girl only put it in for decoration. I think it's another overpriced place in Zagreb with poor service. For a mojito that costs 12 euros, it has to be professionally made. You can't put a student who doesn't know how to make cocktails at the bar to make such expensive cocktails. Everyone knows how to set a huge price because it's like that somewhere else, and they don't know what they offer. Also the girl is so slow that if she accidentally gets in a crowd the queue would be all the way to the square. Another expensive and overpriced bad service in the city center. The chairs are also a disaster, comfort 0.

Great location and atmosphere. The waiter has the memory of a goldfish so he rode the elevator :) But he is very nice and helpful

Great hotel, extremely clean, and all the staff were very welcoming. Special thanks to Anna Maria and Nikha for their exceptional hospitality! The breakfast experience was amazing—we really enjoyed both the food and the service. The air conditioning was wonderfully cold and convenient. Additionally, the location is great , as the hotel is within easy walking distance of the city center. Parking is available nearby for around €15 to €25 per day. Tip for families: Not all rooms are family-friendly. Some bathrooms have transparent glass walls, so if you are not traveling as a couple, make sure to ask the reception for a family-friendly room that offers full privacy.

Funky little hotel in excellent Zagreb location. Close (easily walkable) to the main sites. We had a suite so I can't speak to the size of other rooms. Ours was just enough space for 2 people and the price was excellent. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, but that's not what it's trying to be. It's hip, exceptionally clean and a Maistra property. Air conditioning was weak...very weak. Other than that, we would happily return!
