We were on the rooftop. They asked us for our IDs twice and we were both adults. As we were leaving, the waiter behind the bar came over and said that we were definitely not 18 and told us "let's do it this time."

Hotel situated right in the center, it has beautiful rooms and incredibly friendly staff members. We can only recommend it

I stayed at this hotel a year ago and was extremely satisfied. Recently, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my reservation. Although the reservation was non-refundable, the hotel showed great understanding, friendliness and professionalism and granted me a full refund. Such an attitude towards guests inspires trust and deserves every praise. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation and excellent staff who make a difference with their attitude towards guests and show that behind the hotel are people who truly care about their guests.

The summer heat and the roof were a great idea, but not the roof of this hotel, which serves cocktails in plastic glasses at affordable prices of around 17 euros, because guests allegedly threw glass glasses off the roof?!?

Magnificent hotel in a great location

Very nice hotel in centre of Zagreb! 1 star only for the very bad quality of the breakfast! 20 flies got out from the salad...20 at least! Rotten mozarella cheese...Benedict eggs with strong taste of vinegar!! Other products looked old as well! It's a pitty because everything else was quite nice: accomodation, reception personnel, location...you should really improve that!

Very well situated, excellent staff, reasonably good bar and restaurant. Its in centre of town with several major attractions in near vicinity. Very easy to call for taxi at any time.

Great ambiance and very modern. Very welcoming staff and eager to help and assist with any needs or questions. The rooms are very clean and with up to date technology.

There was a slight problem finding the cars, but the staff were really nice and the establishment is very beautiful.
