Expensive... hence 4 stars. The location is excellent. You can get to the city center very quickly. The service is outstanding. Everyone was very friendly.
Superb!! Just amazing. Pretty rooms, clean to perfection, Kevin Murphy products!! Automation in rooms for high end experience! Stuff great! Indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath all perfect!!! Just stay here please!!! Breakfast had the normal buffet but also many al a carte items included in the price!! We had large breakfast and order frnech pancakes and American pancakes. All perfect!!!
The hotel is nice, the rooftop is nice too, but the cocktails are, to put it mildly, critical, and expensive. Served in plastic glasses with a paper straw. And let's not talk about the taste of the cocktails, because I, who have no experience, could mix up a cocktail 10 times better. The cocktail decoration is also nothing. Really, really bad.
The hotel is in a great location, the food and drinks are great, but what sets it apart from other hotels in Zagreb is the fantastic staff, which makes you come back again and again. Compliments to everyone from the reception, the maids, the restaurants, the bars and the manager, who always has an infectious smile.
Slow service, nice view, high prices, friendly but a bit confused staff, nice ambiance, drinks - non-alcoholic. Nobody liked the cocktails, but the classic drinks were good. All in all, we liked everything. You can pay by glass or card, but you don't get the bill right away, you have to go ask for it, but then at least you can split the bill.
We stayed in Zagreb as a family and felt very comfortable at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very modern and clean. The pool is great and the children loved it. While the rooftop bar didn't have all the drinks in stock, it's simply fantastic because of the beautiful view. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
