Service is a +++! No complaints on this. BUT Rooms are not nice. They are not fully dark after the sunrise, there is intense noise from a nearby construction site, not very well cleaned (hair everywhere, possibly from the cleaning staff but cannot tell for sure), rusted and broken items by the bathroom, there is infiltration from the bathroom as well and the list goes on... in general, if you have low standards this should be fine as a 2/3-stars-similar hotel

Excellent location and pleasant environment. The service was excellent and the room was very clean. I had a hard time finding the exact location of the building but otherwise it was a pleasant experience.
