Hotel Fusion

A centrally located hotel with smiling, courteous, and helpful staff (which is not very common in our experiences in the Czech Republic). Clean environments, a sufficiently spacious room furnished simply, and a minimalist bathroom. The breakfast buffet is good, with a variety of savory and sweet options. Fair prices. It is a bit complicated to reach the hotel by car, but there is the possibility of reserving some parking spaces.

The hotel is centrally located, a bit up to the hill. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Staff members, especially the young lady at reception, are friendly, polite and professional. The reception front desk closes at 6 pm. If you checking in later, you have to contact the property well in advance. Unfortunately,I didn't, and had to make around 40 calls on 3 different numbers provided. They answered only after 50 minutes of waiting. This was really annoying, just because I was tired after the trip, hungry and desperately needed to use the toilet.( Sorry for the details). After my calls answered, I got the access code and my keys. Easy. The hotel is situated in the quiet area, unfortunately, some customers at the hotel made a big noise in the middle of the night:at 3 pm, loudly kicking in the neighbours door, trying to get in, for a very long 40 mins... I had to get out and prevent it,if they did not stop, I'll call the police. I definitely had bad luck with this stay, it's not at all the hotel's fault, just my poor experience:( .

Very nice house nice rooms friendly staff. Quiet location central but in the second row breakfast a bit cramped. There is a bicycle storage room, we felt quite comfortable. Good value for money in Karlovy Vary

A cheap hotel close to the center with a good breakfast, clean, good WiFi, great location 1 minute walk to the center. Parking available, access a bit of a challenge but possible with a bit of practice. Everything can be easily reached on foot or by public transport. Wellness and excursions in the area.

The accommodation was simple, but very clean and tidy. The staff was very nice. We felt very comfortable. The location was also great, we could easily reach everything on foot. Breakfast was not exceptional, but sufficient and fresh. It is not a direct wellness hotel, but you can easily reserve an appointment with a very competent masseuse who also comes to the hotel. There is a small and cozy room in the hotel especially for the massage. If you arrive by car, you should definitely reserve a parking space. It worked out easily for us.

Objectively, I'd rate this hotel as Average, it's good value for money etc. but not extraordinary. But subjectively, I rate it Very Good - and that's thanks to the staff working at the hotel. From the moment of check-in to the moment of check-out, all my interactions with the hotel personnel were really pleasant (OK, there weren't many interactions as I was out basically from morning till evening, but still...). I immediately felt welcomed and I really enjoyed staying in such a small, family-style hotel, even traveling alone. I felt that they care about each guest individually and really want to make sure guests have a good time. The location is excellent, too, from my perspective - of course, I deliberately didn't want to stay at any of the main street hotels - so staying here, one steep street away from the main street was perfect for me. The breakfast's nice, too. All in all, it's a really cozy hotel, and if my good fortune brings me back to Karlovy Vary, I'll stay here again.

A relatively small hotel re-built from an apartment building into a very cosy hotel. There is no 24 hours reception, but they can leave keys for you in the locker box outside of the hotel, so you can come late. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and speaks very good English. The hotel has spacious rooms and spacious bathrooms with plenty of electrical sockets for charging your devices. The breakfast is typical prepared food: ham plate, cheese plate, yougurts, flakes, pastries etc. Make sure you try a round pastry with poppy seeds or cottage cheese - koláč. They are local delicacy and absolutely superb. The hotel is located just 180m from the closest well - Vřídlo, which is a geyser well and is pretty spectacular. Despite the hotel is located a bit on the far end of the city it's in a walking distance from all main tourist attractions. The closest supermarket is Billa and it's located 1.4 km from the hotel. If you want larger selection then there is Albert located further in 1.7 km from the hotel.

This hotel is a real bargain in an expensive area. As other reviews have noted, the hotel is surprisingly close to the “main drag” but is located on a quiet little street. Both our room and bathroom were small but adequate with good windows and a pleasant view of the street. Walking up or down half a flight of stairs from the elevator was not a problem for us. All the staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable but we would prefer a more conventional bottom-sheet on the bed. (The one they use is a stretchy material, almost like a fine terry-cloth.) And the hotel provides only one very squashy pillow per person. But still, great value in a great location.

Very good location for KVIFF visitors for reasonable price during this busy weekend, close to Pupp (i.e. ticket office 😉). Very good breakfast, clean room and very nice staff. We spent there only couple of hours each day (too many movies 😁), but it was really nice stay.
