The rooms are too small, the beds are comfortable, the pillows are not. The walls are too thin and you can hear everything, you have to slam the door hard otherwise it won't lock, so you can also hear the noise of all the other rooms. Large shower with comfortable shelves, you can see that thought was put into it. Excellent location, nice staff.

An excellent hotel, very charming and colorful, the location is awesome, the team is always giving a service with a smile, a very clean place with an excellent food and atmosphere, the perfect place for staying in Prague:)

Look no further. Honestly. The location can't get any better! -literally 10 min walk from major spots. Other then this - rooms are comfy, clean and up to date. Staff is amazing and will make you feel at home from the first minute! Love it! We will definitely co.e back, and sure gonna recommend it to friends and family. We are a family of four, stayed at Jul/Aug (and yeah - their AC is phenomenal, and a life saver)

My mum and I had such a wonderful three nights at the Nyx Hotel; we absolutely loved it! The location was fantastic, the facilities were top-notch and the room was spotless, with everything we needed. Plus, the room was cleaned and the towels were replaced every day. We couldn’t have asked for anything more—it was all perfect. The staff were also very attentive and welcoming, allowing us to store our luggage when we arrived and also when we checked out before our flight in the evening.

Perfect hotel in Prague - highly recommended! Excellent location: everything within walking distance (Wenceslas Square and the Old Town). Huge stores (Primark, C&A) and supermarkets (Lidl, Albert) are right next door. Metro only 120 meters away. The room and hotel: well-designed, clean and completely quiet despite the central location. Huge bed with an excellent mattress and excellent air conditioning. Service and food: varied, delicious breakfast and quality coffee. The staff is incredibly kind and professional. Special thanks to Pavel from the desk and Veronica, the hotel's deputy administrative manager. The area around the NYX Hotel Prague is full of excellent culinary options, from traditional and modern Czech cuisine, to stylish cafes for breakfast and lively bars for an evening cocktail! We will definitely be back! ❤️

Don't book this hotel if you want a triple room. The third bed is a futon. It's more like a seat, with no mattress or anything. Horrible. The noise from the trains passing by is interesting so far, and it's only our first night...

It feels just like being at home—very relaxing, and I slept incredibly well.
