City center. Difficulties with parking.

The service is very friendly, professional. The rooms are politely modest, but everything is beautifully provided. The food is also modest, but everything you need is there and the food is delicious. I was satisfied.

I am writing to you about my girlfriend and my recent accommodation experience at your establishment. Although the parking problem was resolved, we encountered several shortcomings that spoiled our stay. Firstly, the elevator was out of order upon arrival, making it very inconvenient to go up to the fourth and fifth floors with heavy suitcases. The price of the junior suite I booked was disproportionately high compared to the quality offered. Upon entering the room, there was a musty smell and cobwebs with spiders were visible in the corners. Although smoking was prohibited in the room, I found a glass full of cigarette butts on the balcony. In addition, there were technical problems: the hairdryer in my girlfriend's room shorted out and the water in my bathtub did not drain. Although the latter problem was resolved after we went to town, it did not improve the overall impression. Unfortunately, my room was also uncomfortable. After sleeping on the poor bed, my back hurt in the morning. In addition, the key holder was so massive that it tore both of my coat pockets. In my friend's cheaper room, the bed was so short that my legs couldn't fit in. The toilet was placed uncomfortably close to the shower - as if I could wash my toes on the toilet. The breakfast was also a disappointment. The bread was so hard that it was impossible to eat. Unfortunately, I also had to admit to the unprofessional service - the waiters openly and audibly discussed the customer. On top of all that, when I returned to bed after breakfast, I heard rodents moving around under the ceiling. Overall, our accommodation experience did not meet expectations and I do not plan to visit your establishment again. I hope that my feedback will help you improve the quality of your service.

Good location. Varied breakfast.

The hotel is very well located in the center of the city, the rooms are comfortable and clean (although a little bit outdated ) and breakfast was okay. For the price paid it was a very good experience. Anyways, I would go back here if I'm traveling in the area.

Basic room, minimal breakfast, no outlets to charge our phones, quite noisy... however, well located. Very young staff, not very friendly, but given the length of their working hours, it's not surprising.
