Brilliant hotel. The room, the service, the location. I would return to stay here.

A nice and historic hotel. For a five-star place, there were a few things that took away a star. The fifth star in the service section was missing, due to the breakfast reception/table guidance, robotic and completely soulless behavior, which, however, according to the website, did not affect everyone. Otherwise, the service was what you can expect based on the reputation and the staff was helpful and friendly. Regarding the problems related to the suite (a bit even childish for a place of this level), feedback was received and the matter was adequately compensated for us, so we will not dwell on them any further. In any case, a successful visit and a great setting, sometime again for sure. Next, however, some other suite to try, wherever the road takes you.

A regular place to stay on business trips, good service, stylish rooms and everything is of high quality. Communication was poor on this trip with cleaning. The sheets were not changed as we wanted and we had to argue with the manager twice before the sheets were changed. Previously everything had gone smoothly, but this trip was a bit of a negative surprise due to communication difficulties. I will definitely come again.

Best breakfast choices, best breakfast ever from all the trips and travels we have done. IF One vant fine somethi g herr to eat, it DO not exist. Check in as planned and on Time, friendly desk staff, professional and diskreet. We had an executive something something room with an excellent view to the park, Beautiful 2 Window room and about 4 m to the roof. We were told this was the so Called new part of THE hotel, we DO recomend it. This Time everything was on Time and on point like a Swiss made watch. Safe, Beautiful clean and quiet room with a view. We ended Up staying One Moore Night Than we planned. That says it all. Thank you.

A classic in the best location in Helsinki. The stylish hotel exudes dignity, friendly service and stunning decor. The Executive Park View room was spacious and stylish. A nice addition to the Executive rooms is access to the Upper Lounge, where snacks and drinks are available. The Kämp Wellness services are worth trying out and the drinks at the bar downstairs. We spent a couple of days at Kämp and it was a five-star experience!

This hotel does not try to be special or fashionable. This hotel implements traditional accommodation service with high quality. Every detail has been implemented with reverence and everything has been thought out. Kämp offers a high-class hotel experience!

I took a short walk through the Kämp Hotel in Helsinki, and to be honest, the moment I stepped inside, I could tell it was a long-established hotel that had stood the test of time. Its century-long history isn't artificially packaged with a "retro" style, but rather reflected in the spatial proportions, flow, materials, and overall atmosphere—very stable, very composed, without any attempt to pander to tourists. I focused on several different room types, and the overall impression was: spacious rooms, traditional layouts, and a sense of comfort and security. It doesn't pursue extravagant design or play on concepts, but the furniture, flooring, and details are clearly durable, designed for long-term use rather than short-term visual appeal. If you're looking for a young, design-driven, photogenic Scandinavian hotel, Kämp might not wow you; but if you value classic, stable, and historical significance, its presence is undeniable. Even just visiting, you can clearly feel its place in Helsinki's hotel scene—not the noisiest, but the most irreplaceable.
